When will my order be ready for pick up?

** Due to renovations, in-store pick up times may be longer than anticipated ** 

Orders can take up to 1 - 3 business days to get to the store after processing. You will receive a “ready for pick-up” email once your order is available for pickup. If you do not receive email please contact customer service 808-687-5055

How long do I have to pick up my order?

We will hold your order in store for 10 days from when your order is ready for pickup. If it is not picked up after 10 days, your order will be canceled and payment will be refunded.

You can extend your pickup window by contacting your pickup store. You must do this on or before the end of your initial 10-day pickup time window.

What do I need to pick up my order?
Bring your email confirmation with the order number, along with a government-issued photo ID such as:

• Driver's License
• Passport
• Military ID
