When will my order be ready for pick up?

Orders can take up to 1 - 3 business days to get to the store after processing. You will receive a “ready for pick-up” email once your order is available for pickup. If you do not receive email please contact customer service 808-687-5055

How long do I have to pick up my order?

We will hold your order in store for 10 days from when your order is ready for pickup. If it is not picked up after 10 days, your order will be canceled and payment will be refunded.

You can extend your pickup window by contacting your pickup store. You must do this on or before the end of your initial 10-day pickup time window.

What do I need to pick up my order?
Bring your email confirmation with the order number, along with a government-issued photo ID such as:

• Driver's License
• Passport
• Military ID

RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THE SHIPPED DATE.

ALL RETURNS WILL BE CREDITED TO THE SAME CREDIT CARD USE DURING THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE.

ALL SALES FINAL ON PANTIES, EARRINGS AND SWIMWEAR.

If there is any reason you are unsatisfied with the product, you may return your order to us within 30 days from the shipped date. All returns will be credited to the same credit card during the original purchase. You may return products by mail or in-store.

For mail returns, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. The return shipping is non-refundable; unless you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item(s). All online returns require the original invoice to be present when returning your order. Returns must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all original tags attached. Any returns that do not meet the following requirements are subject to a 30-50% restocking fee.
